"How to design, implement and manage high-quality savings group programs"
The Sustainable Microfinance and Development Program and VSL Associates will be jointly running two consecutive workshops in Nairobi, Kenya, dedicated entirely to Savings Groups. These will take place at the Monarch Hotel, Nairobi, between the 28th November and the 9th December, 2016
Courses offered
· Savings Group Program design and implementation management, based on the VSL model
· Savings Group Management Information systems: introduction to the online SAVIX MIS
The Programme Design and Implementation Management workshop targets practitioners with planning and implementation responsibilities and is very much 'hands-on,' composed of field visits, simulations and planning exercises.
Participants in the Management Information Systems workshop should be people charged with performance measurement, reporting and programme quality responsibilities and users of VSL Associate's Excel MIS who want to upgrade to the SAVIX MIS, now in use by more than 1,000 institutions worldwide.
Scholarships are available from the MasterCard Foundation Microfinance Scholars program, open to female applicants
