As a leader in the study and practice of community-based development, the Coady Institute provides relevant programs that help others make a positive difference in their own communities.
 
Who is best suited for the program
 
This program is intended for mid-to-senior-level practitioners from NGOs, financial cooperatives, rural finance institutions, regulators and government officials, trainers and donors engaged in financial inclusion agenda; and also MFIs and bankers interested in linking with members based institutions. Two years' work experience in microfinance or in the field of economic development is desirable.

Fees
Total fees are $1,900 CAD. This covers tuition and workshop lunches.
  
Scholarships
There are limited scholarships available through the MasterCard Foundation Microfinance Scholars' Program for both certificates. Applications requesting scholarships (up to $1900) must be received with the application. Women are especially encouraged to apply.
