Greetings from Smart Campaign!
The Smart Campaign espouses seven client protection principles and works with the objective of promoting client protection in microfinance through institutional assessments & certifications, tool development, pilot projects and training. The last year was eventful for the Campaign with the launch of certification program and the alignment of our training materials to reflect the certification standards aligned to the seven client protection principles.
We are pleased to inform you that the Smart Campaign will be organizing a series of trainings in Manila, the Philippines the last week of February, 2014 to expand the pool of accredited assessors, and equip TA providers to work with institutions in the area of client protection. We would welcome interested parties to apply!
The schedule of the training is as below:
1) Smart Assessor training - 24th to 26th February – To equip a fresh set of industry professionals with the skills and techniques required towards becoming an accredited Smart Assessor (detailed brochure and curriculum attached).
2) Technical Assistance provider's training – 27th February – Training for TA providers / consultants on the methodology to specifically assist MFIs in the area of client protection (detailed brochure and curriculum attached).
