Position Title: COO (Heading the Credit Dept.)

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: CEO and Founder

Organization Profile

A leading company which is in the business of providing capital assets on lease to social entrepreneurs globally.

Principal Responsibilities

Setting up systems and processes for entire credit mainly with respect to extending leasing of assets (mainly operating lease)
Managing Credit – Lending, Evaluation and Documentation
Building newer leasing products
Monitoring systems and processes
Deep RBI relationships and carrying out entire set of activities related to RBI (mainly with respect to approvals, regulations)
Managing cost of capital and profitability
Credit rating
Treasury management
Budgeting and borrowing programs for short term and long term
Supervising Accounts and finance function till appointment of CFO
Ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations

Develop various leasing and debt products over a period of time
To lead all India operations as COO mainly on the credit side.
The company plans to set up operations in all parts of developing nations and thus can be deputed to other countries to replicate the India model along with local teams

Travel: Pan India & International mainly for fund raising activities

Qualification: MBA/CA or any equivalent qualification

Experience: Around 10 years of relevant professional work experience

Compensation Details: Fixed Salary + Stock options + year end bonus
