[MFP] Client Protection Workshop for TA Providers at SEEP Week

 

Dear All, 

The Smart Campaign is organizing at one-day workshop called "Incorporating Client Protection into TA for Financial Institutions" on Monday November 4th from 9:00am until 5:00pm at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Arlington, VA which is part of the SEEP Week. 

For us, client protection is woven into practically every aspect of an organization's operations - from its HR and staff incentives, to product design to the MIS system.  Given that we want to encourage organizations to improve their practices, we felt it important to frame how client protection upgrades can be seamlessly integrated into other, operational support.  There is growing demand from providers, investors and others for client protection improvements and having existing TA providers oriented to common gaps and how to fix them will be increasingly helpful.
