I wish invite you all to our Managing Delinquency for Growth training scheduled for 8th-10th July 2013 at Southern Sun Mayfair Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. This 3 day course designed by Frontfin training, will enable participants to enhance their skills and knowledge to successfully address and minimize delinquency in their organisations. Through practical case studies, exercises and discussions participants will:
- Understand causes and costs of delinquency;
- learn how to measure and control delinquency;
- learn how to develop effective strategies for managing delinquency using best practice.
