The ILO's Microinsurance Innovation Facility has recently released a new Emerging Insight entitled `A good call: using mobile phones to improve premium collection and data quality'.
The latest release from our bite-sized lessons series features the experience of UAB Vie, Burkina Faso.
Emerging Insight #63 highlighted how replacing manual, paper-based recording of premium collections with a mobile phone-enabled solution has allowed UAB Vie to simplify administrative processes and enhance data quality for its savings-linked life and disability insurance product.
