Greetings group;
Can those of you in a MFI indicate whether pay incentives for loan officers are the norm in your country/city and what types of incentives are provided? And, have these changed at all over the years?
Also, I am collecting client loan agreements from MFIs to compare to a collection from several years back and would appreciate it if you could send any standard form contracts that you have access to. And, if the contract language is other than English, French or Spanish--if you'd be so kind as to translate it for me into one of those languages.

Aiming at creating an interest free microfinance world
April 8 (Multan): The introductory meeting of Islamic Poverty Alleviation Alliance (IPAA) was held at the office of the NGO World, Multan. The host was the Founder of NGO World Mr. Zafar Iqbal.
It was decided that a formal organization by the name of Islamic Poverty Alleviation Alliance (IPAA) be formed to be registered as an NGO under the relevant laws. After mutual discussion following office bearers were elected. President Mr. Farhat Abbas Shah (Farz Foundation CEO), Senior Vice President Syed Mujahid Hussain (CEO AAS Foundation), Vice President Mr. Naeemullah (CEO HUNHAR Foundation), Secretary General Mr. Zafar Iqbal (NGO World), Finance Secretary Mr. Abdul Rehman Usmani (Al-Hijra Trust), Joint Secretary Mr. Raza Ali Shaikh (Director CAIE) and Information Secretary Ubaidullah (Director CRD).
The meeting decided that the Executive Body comprising the founding members will be dealing in the formalities to form the entity. IPAA will focus on community development by strengthening its member organizations through Islamic poverty alleviation Methodologies. The Vision of the IPAA will be to create an interest-free micro finance world. It was mutually agreed that only those organization shall become members of the IPAA who are registered non-profit organizations practicing or supporting Islamic Microfinance activities. It was decided that IPAA should be launched formally within next few weeks to act as a catalyst between donors and member organizations.
